By using Nexytalk you agree to the following.

• Nexytalk is a marketplace intermediary connecting independent tutors and learners; tutors are not employees.
• Lesson payments are held in escrow and released after the lesson per our refund policy.
• Users must be 14 or older, or have guardian consent.
• Soliciting or paying off-platform may reduce visibility or lead to account action.
• Recordings, vocabulary and materials are for on-platform use.
